It should also communicate the variables driving those decisions clearly and responsibly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
After years of experience across engineering design, construction coordination, project management, and specialty structural systems, Brandon T. Compton founded the company to provide clients with precisely this type of engineering partner.
Since beginning full-time operations in 2025, Titan SE has stayed intentionally focused on markets that support premium quality, responsive service, and long-term client trust. Founder, President, and Principal Engineer
Brandon T. Compton is the Founder, President, and Principal Engineer of Titan Structural Engineering, PLLC. He built his career through the development of a distinct combination of technical rigor, client engagement, constructability awareness, and business acumen. Titan SE grew from that perspective and understanding of how engineering decisions affect the people responsible for delivering the work.
Brandon's experience includes commercial and industrial buildings, steel fiber reinforced concrete slab systems, shrinkage-compensating concrete, structural retrofits, PEMB-related engineering, rooftop and suspended equipment support, structural evaluations, and multi-state engineering review. He is especially recognized for his knowledge and experience in specialty concrete design utilizing steel fiber reinforcement and shrinkage-compensating concrete systems. He has also served in senior engineering and executive leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering & Business Development, and has coordinated research initiatives with business executives, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and North Carolina State University.
With a career spanning telecom engineering, dam research, design-build concrete solutions, structural design, structural evaluations, business development, and executive leadership, Brandon brings a unique combination of technical and business experience in engineering and construction. His background combines national-scale engineering coordination, research-level technical detail, construction-driven problem solving, and leadership experience. Under his leadership, Titan SE evaluates structural problems beyond a narrow design lens, helping clients understand how engineering decisions affect cost, constructability, schedule, risk, and long-term facility performance.
Outside of the office, Brandon lives in the Winston-Salem area with his wife, Emily, and their three daughters. Most of their free time goes to national parks, trails, and whatever is happening outdoors, along with lifting and staying in the gym. He is also routinely talked into another Disney trip, and he does not put up much of a fight.
